Please note Wendell Cigar Co does not sell tobacco to anyone under the age of 21 (or the minimum in your local jurisdiction). Please leave our site if you are under age and be aware that it is unlawful to even attempt to purchase tobacco/cigars below the minimum age set in your jurisdiction.

Placing an order on this site is an offer to purchase, which Wendell Cigar Co. may accept or decline at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or failure to verify age. All applicable state excise and sales taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout based on the shipping destination.

Due to health, safety, and regulatory restrictions on tobacco products, all sales are final. Cigars, pipe tobacco, and related consumable products cannot be returned once shipped, except where required by law or where an item arrives damaged or defective. Claims for damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

This site and all materials and products offered on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wendell Cigar Co. disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Wendell Cigar Co. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at that price, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled order.

These terms apply from the moment you access this site or begin the checkout process, and may be modified or terminated by Wendell Cigar Co. at any time without notice. Sections relating to Copyright, Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous provisions survive any termination.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not waive our right to do so later.
