SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

At Wendell Cigar Co., we take great pride in the quality and condition of every cigar we offer and are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we may review and assist with the issue promptly.

Due to the consumable and regulated nature of tobacco products, returns, exchanges, or refunds may not be available for certain items. All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Wendell Cigar Co. Products that have been opened, used, improperly stored, or damaged after delivery are generally not eligible for return.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50

Orders totaling $50.00 or more (excluding taxes and shipping charges) may qualify for complimentary expedited shipping on eligible items.
This offer applies only to shipments within the contiguous United States and excludes shipments to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Certain products may be excluded from expedited shipping due to regulatory restrictions, handling requirements, product availability, or drop-ship fulfillment arrangements.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS & PRE-ORDERS

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on inventory availability, fulfillment timing, or pre-order status.
If an order qualifies for complimentary expedited shipping but includes backordered or pre-order items, available in-stock items may ship first using the expedited method, while remaining items will ship separately once available using standard shipping methods.
