Product Description
Foundation Tabernacle Broadleaf Toro is a full-bodied masterpiece that pays tribute to heritage, faith, and tradition. Crafted by master blender Nicholas Melillo at the renowned Tabacalera AJ Fernandez in Estelí, Nicaragua, this 6×52 Toro features a stunning, dark, and oily Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper. Beneath the wrapper lies a Mexican San Andrés binder and a complex, aged filler blend of Nicaraguan tobaccos from Estelí and Jalapa, combined with Honduran leaf from the Jamastran Valley. The result is a rich, robust smoke that delivers incredible depth and complexity. As you smoke, the Toro format allows layers of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, earthy leather, and warm spice to unfold beautifully, all balanced by a subtle natural sweetness that lingers on the finish. The box art features Haile Selassie, the 225th King of Abyssinia, with the name “Tabernacle” referencing the sacred dwelling of the Ark of the Covenant. This is a powerful, unforgettable cigar for the seasoned aficionado.
