Handcrafted at the boutique-minded Tabacalera William Ventura factory in the Dominican Republic, this blend is seemingly fit for a king, featuring a hearty Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, a Mexican San Andrés binder, and multinational fillers from the Dominican Republic, USA, and Nicaragua. These specially selected leaves have been aged for five years before being rolled, followed by an additional four months of aging post-roll. With a medium-plus body, the King’s Gold Robusto opens with a strong backbone of charred oak and earth, evolving to include milk chocolate, classic leather, smoked meats, and stone fruit through the finish.
